Author Guidelines

All papers submitted to the journal IJECT: International Journal of Electronics abd Computer Technology should not have been published or submitted for publication elsewhere. The official language of the manuscript to be published is English.

1. GENERAL AUTHOR GUIDELINES

All manuscripts must be submitted to IJECT Editorial using Online Submission at e-Journal portal address http://sentrailmiah.com/ojs/index.php/iject where author register as Author by online. The author must download, fill, and upload these supplementary files before making new submission,

2. MANUSCRIPT TEMPLATE

Manuscript should be prepared according to the following author guidelines in the MS Word article template. download the template of the Smartcomp in here: [Download Template]

3. REVISION OF MANUSCRIPTS

Manuscripts sent back to the authors for revision should be returned to the editor without delay. Revised manuscripts can be sent to editorial office through the Online Submission,

4. SYSTEMATICS ARTICLE

a. Manuscript Heading, Font, and Spacing

The manuscript should be typed using Microsoft Word (doc/docx). The font used throughout the paper is Book Antiqua. The paper size is A4 (i.e., 210 x 297 mm), one column format with a 1.9 cm margin at the top, a 2 cm margin at the bottom, 2 cm margin on the left, and 2 cm margin on the right. Lines are one spaced, justified. Page numbers should be included in the text located in the footer section of each page. Use of pronouns such as I, we, etc. is to be avoided.

b. Title and Author

Title typed bold with a capital letter at the beginning of each word, except conjunction. Title consists of 10 words minimum and 15 words maximum (in Indonesia and English with no conjunction).

Author’s name typed in full name, no title, affiliation address of author. Give '*' symbol for correspondence author.

c. Abstract and Keywords

Abstract contain the objectives of the research, method, result and discussion of the research compiled in one paragraph.

d. Content of Manuscript

Manuscript submitted to this journal should follow the heading below:

> Title;
> Author's Name; Affiliate; Author Email;
> Abstract;
> Introduction;
> Methods;
> Results and Discussion;
> Conclusion;
> References;

e. References

Cite the main scientific publications on which your work is based. Reference use IEEE style.

Reference provisions:

  1. Primary reference source are journal, patent, dissertation, thesis, paper in proceeding and textbook.
  2. Referral source as much as possible from the last 5 years.
  3. Avoid reference within another reference, popular books, and internet sources except e-journals or official sites.
  4. Abstract are not allowed to be reference.
  5. Reference numbering format is [1],[2],[3], … according to appearance in text.
  6. Reference citation within text only typed in numbers.
  7. Minimum number of references is 10 sources.
  8. It is recommended that one or more references come from IJECT Journal.
