Submission Preparation Checklist
Before submitting a manuscript to JPMN: Jurnal Pengabdian Masyarakat Nusantara, authors are required to confirm that the following conditions have been met:
- Originality and Exclusivity
The manuscript is original, has not been previously published, and is not currently under consideration for publication in any other journal, conference, or media. - Compliance with Journal Policies
The authors have carefully read and understood all JPMN policies, including publication procedures, submission requirements, peer-review process, and any applicable publication fees, and agree to comply with them. - Ethics and Publication Standards
The authors have reviewed and agreed to comply with JPMN Publication Ethics, including policies related to authorship, originality, plagiarism, and the responsible use of artificial intelligence (AI) in research and writing. - Required Declarations
Where applicable, the manuscript includes the following statements:- Declaration of Competing Interests
- Acknowledgment
- Data Availability Statement
- Declaration of Generative AI Use
- Authorship Integrity
The list of authors includes only individuals who have made significant contributions to the community service activity. All authors have reviewed and approved the final version of the manuscript prior to submission. - Relevance to Community Service Scope
The manuscript clearly reflects community service activities, including problem identification, implementation, and measurable impact on the community, in accordance with the focus and scope of JPMN. - Formatting and Template Compliance
The manuscript has been prepared in accordance with the JPMN Author Guidelines and formatted using the official journal template. The file is submitted in Microsoft Word format (.doc or .docx). - Editorial and Copyediting Process
The authors acknowledge that, during the editorial and copyediting process, the editorial team may make necessary revisions to improve clarity, consistency, and formatting. The revised manuscript will be returned to the corresponding author for proofreading. Authors agree to provide clarification or revisions when requested. The peer-review process evaluates the quality and impact of community service activities, while copyediting ensures clarity and compliance with publication standards. - Self-Citation Policy
The proportion of self-citations does not exceed 10% of the total references. Any self-citations included are relevant and not intended to manipulate citation metrics.
